If you are able to use our website to make your request (without calling the practice) your request will be dealt with sooner and it will reduce the burden on practice staff. In addition, patients who really need to speak to the practice will be able to talk to us sooner.
If you are struggling to use our website to make your request, find information, or if you really need to speak to the practice, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you.

When We Are Closed
We use local co-operative service 111 to cover our practice out-of-hours and at weekends.
At weekends you can book appointments through 111.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
Telephone lines are open between 08:00 and 18:30, Monday to Friday, to answer any queries. Please be aware that appointments cannot be booked over the telephone.
Please call after 10:00 for test results or any other enquiries. Please be aware however that some results may not be available after 13:00.
We offer extended hours every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening between 18:30 and 19:30. Please be aware that these hours are available by appointment only. This is to enable our patients who are working to be seen.
Woodlands Surgery is closed on all Bank Holidays.
